The Mid-Atlantic Meat & Milk (M3) Cooperative is farmer-owned coop working to build out the supply chain for regenerative beef and dairy farmers in the Mid-Atlantic region. After receiving a USDA Value Added Producer Grant (VAPG) in 2023, M3 is expanding their sales channels and opening additional processing hubs over the course of the grant period.

Foodshed Capital supported M3 with a bridge loan in 2021 and was proud to do so again in 2024. Their low-interest loan funds will provide both operational cash flow and help them front project costs ahead of reimbursement, making USDA grant funding more accessible.
