Since 2019, Tucker's Black Angus Ranch has raised grass-fed Animal Welfare-Approved beef on 210 acres in North Lawrence, NY. Their operation utilizes rotational strip grazing and silvopasture methods, moving the herd as often as the grass dictates. For winter feed, Tucker's cultivates eighty acres of alfalfa and other grasses, ensuring organic and local feed year-round.

In 2022 Tucker's developed a retail store to provide meat and other local products to the North Lawrence community. In addition to their USDA processed beef, Tucker's produces and packages pork, chicken, goat, and lamb, and also runs a three-meat CSA. With a loan from Foodshed Capital, Tucker's Black Angus Ranch will purchase two new display freezers, one of which will expand their inventory capacity in their on-site farm store, and the other of which will display exclusively Tucker's products at a retail store in North Lawrence.
